I'm a leadership researcher, author, and founder dedicated to understanding why organizations develop incomplete leaders. I hold an EdD, MBA, and professional certifications in risk and insurance (CPCU, AIC-M), which gives me a grounded perspective on how technical expertise alone isn't enough for effective leadership.

My research focuses on leadership integration and organizational effectiveness—the systems and practices that allow organizations to develop whole leaders, not just promoted experts. I work with organizations and leaders who recognize that advancing your best performers into management requires more than a job title change.
