Dr. Kecia Thomas brings 30+ years of experience to her leadership coaching.  She is an organizational psychologist, diversity scientist, and certified executive coach. 

Dr. Thomas is also the author of DIVERSITY DYNAMICS IN THE WORKPLACE and editor of the DIVERSITY RESISTANCE IN ORGANIZATIONS series, including the upcoming FROM BACKLASH TO WHIPLASH. 

She is the lead researcher of "PET TO THREAT" — the groundbreaking framework on how marginalized professionals can experience workplaces where they are initially prized and later viewed as problematic.  

This internationally recognized expert is an elected Fellow of the American Psychological Association, the Society for the Psychological Study of Culture, Ethnicity and Race, and the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology. 

She has served as a subject matter expert for a wide range of organizations like Amazon, PepsiCo, Capital One, the National Academies, and the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy.
