20 Years Building University Pathway Programs - Now Available by the Hour
I've spent over 35 years moving between hospitality, corporate IT, health sciences and education - and the last two decades building and running university pathway programs from the inside. I currently coordinate a large pathway program with up to 20 staff reporting through it, after roles managing multi-million dollar education budgets, coordinating courses, and leading teaching teams across several institutions.
Along the way I completed a PhD and a stack of teaching qualifications, mostly because I kept running into problems the last credential didn't cover. That combination - hands-on program leadership plus a research background - is what I bring to a session: not theory, and not just war stories, but the two put together.
If you're building, fixing, or scaling a pathway program and want an hour with someone who's actually done it, that's what this is for.
Course design, pathway structuring, accreditation and compliance questions - a second opinion from someone who's run the budget and the audit.
A shorter call for one specific decision or question - triage before you commit real time to a problem.
Moving into academic, course leadership, or training program management: what the jump actually requires, how to position for it, what to avoid.
