I learned leadership on the streets. As a police officer and EMT I took charge in the toughest situations and the worst conditions. As a supervisor I led from the front and focused on the mission. As a leader I connected my values to what really mattered, the people I served. Now I show others how to work, lead and live by their values.
The world is complex. Our brains and how we process are complex as well. To gain clarity we must know ourselves, create our vision, and commit to what matters. You can do this. I will show you how.
