My son TJ died at 36.5 weeks. Nine years later, I'm a Certified Grief Coach (Microdose Method™) and former support group facilitator with Return to Zero: HOPE — and I still carry 20 years in corporate sales and marketing leadership, because that's the world I had to grieve inside of.

I coach parents navigating stillbirth and infant loss through what actually happens after: the body, the calendar, the people who don't know what to say. And I work with HR leaders to redesign bereavement policy that goes silent exactly where pregnancy and infant loss should be named.
