I help overwhelmed family caregivers navigate supporting a sick loved one without burning out

I'm a palliative care physician with 20+ years of experience helping people navigate serious illness—first as a doctor, then as an advisor to overwhelmed caregivers. I've published a book on caregiving, host a podcast on palliative care, and teach in graduate programs at University of Maryland and UC-Irvine. I've also lived through caregiving myself, supporting an aging parent and facing traumatic loss, so I understand the guilt, exhaustion, and conflicting emotions you're facing.

My work focuses on helping both caregivers and medical professionals think clearly during difficult times. I offer online education, group programs like the Care Reset Program, personal consultations, and keynote talks for hospitals and hospices. I'm a certified Positive Intelligence coach, and I believe you can care deeply for someone else while also taking care of yourself.
