I’m an RN and a Reiki Master with decades of experience working in mental health. I describe what I do as Energy Therapy because it combines mindset and health coaching with Reiki. My goal is to teach you how to heal yourself. 

Sessions are guided by what you need. You may simply want to talk, reflect, and explore what is happening in your life, or you may choose to include Reiki as part of the session. Either way, the intention is to shift your limiting beliefs, raise your frequency, and help you reconnect with your state of optimal wellness.
