I help people solve the problem underneath the one they name.
Most people arrive with a problem they've already named — the brows are wrong, the closet doesn't work, the room feels off. Usually that's not the problem. My job is finding the one underneath it.
I founded DCPC and work across three areas: permanent cosmetics, personal styling, and interior design. I don't treat them as separate. A face, a closet and a room are the same question asked three ways, and people are rarely misaligned in only one of them.
The same skill works on businesses. As fine jewelry manager at Saks, I took the department from #8 in the company to #3 in nine months — coaching sellers, partnering across stores in a way no one in that role had done, and implementing things people had talked about for years. Piaget, Bulgari, Chopard and Messika all requested meetings.
I'm also building a Vedic astrology app: same skill, applied to software.
Bring me a problem you've already tried to solve — a face, a wardrobe, a room, a business that isn't moving. Thirty minutes. I'll tell you what I see and what I'd do about it. Twenty years reading faces, closets and rooms, plus the retail floor: I took a fine jewelry department from #8 in the company to #3 in nine months. I'm not here to tell you it looks great. I'm here to find the thing underneath the thing you named and to offer possible solutions.
