With fifteen years of experience in the marine industry and a decade in management. I’ve transitioned from functional level employment through middle and senior management. My experience revolves heavily in being a young industry professional helping operators and managers navigate the challenges of team and operations management to get the most out of their business and gain insight into how to lead the new generation of employees.

I have grown operations from one to over two dozen employees. I’ve hired and developed employees of all ages and experience levels. I can help develop team culture, process, procedure and goals. I specialize in helping operators and managers to develop young professionals into meaningful members of their organizations as well as helping young managers navigate the landscape of leading others for the first time.
