Becoming a father broke something open in me. Grieving my mother's death cracked it wider — all the way back to my childhood. And there I got stuck, the way so many do — trying to change myself, treating myself like the problem.

What I didn't understand yet was that my patterns weren't flaws. They were survival. The way through wasn't fixing myself — it was finding myself. Bringing love and care to the parts that had worked so hard to keep me safe, and finally giving that job to the adult in me.

That's where I found Agency. Strength. Freedom. And it became the foundation of everything I do with clients.

I'm Daniel, a Trauma and Transformation Coach with 25 years of experience helping adults who are self-aware, have done real work, and are still stuck — not from lack of trying, but because the root hasn't been reached yet.
