I’m an experienced CEO, board-level leader and founder with more than 25 years’ experience building, growing and transforming organisations across the UK and internationally.
My career has spanned children’s social care, fostering, education and health, from leading organisations through growth and turnaround to developing new services, winning major contracts and navigating complex strategic and operational challenges.
I’ve led organisations with revenues exceeding £60m, worked across the UK, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Canada and Japan, and advised and worked alongside boards, senior leaders, commissioners and public bodies.
I have particular expertise in fostering and children’s services and was appointed MBE for services to fostering.
