I work with individuals and small groups through writing, intimate gatherings, and wellness coaching to help you reconnect with yourself. My practice blends **nutrition**, **mindfulness**, and **embodied exploration** through curated dining experiences, one-on-one coaching, and reflections shared in my newsletter.
