Most people treat QuickBooks as a necessary evil and hope the software figures itself out. I learned early that the real problem isn't the software—it's that accountants and bookkeepers get stuck with gaps in their knowledge and no one there to explain what they actually need to do. I built my practice around fixing that gap with clear instruction and direct access to answers.
