## About

Some executive decisions are too consequential to navigate alone.

I advise nonprofit CEOs and C-suite leaders facing complex board dynamics, leadership transitions, difficult organizational decisions, and career-defining opportunities.

As a 5x interim executive and ICF-credentialed coach, I've been in the room where difficult decisions get made. I bring two decades of senior leadership experience at institutions including Miami City Ballet, New York Philharmonic, GLAAD, and The Boys' Club of New York, alongside a career helping mobilize more than $1 billion.

I'm also leading national research on executive leadership transitions including nearly 70 interviews and 650+ survey respondents.

Through CKF Collective, I offer confidential, candid perspective to help executives challenge assumptions, see what others may be missing, and move forward with clarity.
