I've spent 20 years working directly with more than 230 ocean rowing crews helping them to tackle extreme endurance challenges all around the world. I run New Ocean Wave, providing expert support and guidance for rowers navigating some of the world's toughest maritime races, including the NOMAN Race, Atlantic Dash and Mission Atlantic.

I work with crews on comprehensive rowing support, custom training programs, and guidance for both competitive races and independent rowing routes. My focus is helping people safely achieve their goals by building skills and knowledge required whilst enjoying this incredible experience.

I'm also experienced in fault finding ocean rowing boat electrical issues and resolving watermaker and autopilot issues.
