I've spent 30 years building and navigating the messy reality of leadership—climbing corporate ranks in three countries, launching businesses, surviving setbacks including cancer and PTSD, and working with 1,000+ paid hours as a coach. I work with established leaders who feel their edge slipping, who've been told they need to change to stay relevant, and help them reclaim their presence by leaning into what already makes them effective.
Most people assume leadership struggles, career setbacks, or changing expectations mean they need to become someone else. I believe the opposite. You don't have to change who you are to get the results you want. You may need new skills, strategies, behaviours, or ways of communicating, but the foundation remains the same: who you are.
