I’m a longtime entrepreneur, investor, former VC, and private advisor to founders and business leaders.

I founded ValueClick, one of the early pioneers in performance-based online advertising, and took the company public on NASDAQ in 2000. Since then, I’ve founded and built other companies, invested personally in more than 50 startups, served as a venture capitalist, reviewed thousands of pitch decks, and mentored dozens of entrepreneurs.

Today, I work one-on-one with founders and leaders navigating the decisions that matter most: fundraising, strategy, leadership, partnerships, exits, difficult conversations, or simply figuring out what to do next.
