## About

Hi, my name is Bill Ly, and I am known as The Next Gen Leadership & Financial Coach.

I grew up being told I was not smart. I survived bullying and repeated layoffs as an adult. Now I help young professionals, whether you are just starting your career or already working and want to grow, build the leadership and money skills that carry you through real life.

One young professional I worked with felt stuck and kept waiting for things to feel perfect before starting. They learned to take one step at a time, became more consistent, and now make steady progress without the constant pressure.

Right now I am running a mastermind group for young professionals who want to lead better, handle money with confidence, and keep their momentum going.

I also bring this to schools and organizations that want it for their teams.

Send me a message and tell me what you are trying to grow in your career right now. I will share a simple next step that fits where you are.
