I’m Ben Odams, founder of Ascham Grindal, a UK consultancy specialising in labour markets, skills and employment strategy. I work with businesses, investors, developers and public bodies on how employment, skills and workforce trends shift as technology and economic conditions change, and what that means for business decisions, investment and places.
