The 4-Week Cognitive Intro Program ($500) For families who want to establish the baseline first, I offer a focused 4-week introductory program. This specifically targets internal regulation: curing the game-day freeze, installing the 3-second Flush Routine, and building a proactive pre-game mental checklist.
The 8-Week Elite Mindset Blueprint (The Full Masterclass) This is our flagship, top-to-bottom cognitive overhaul. It takes an athlete from internal panic regulation all the way to elite external game execution. We cover tactical breathing, the mistake recovery routine, the neuroscience of body language, pre-scanning spatial awareness, and playing at the true speed of thought.
