I'm a Canadian DEI communicator who's spent time writing about diversity and inclusion without the awkwardness that shuts conversations down. I rely on factual, verifiable information and, as such, am building a reputation based on being accurate. I will work with leaders who are tired of surface-level diversity initiatives and want to build real understanding and belonging in their workplace and reshape their office culture for modern times.

I focus on practical communication skills and cultural shifts that make these conversations sustainable, not one-off events.
