I've built a family business from a small shop into a national wholesaler in the minerals and gemstone industry, and I've done it by putting solid operations and marketing principles to work. I run Stonebridge Imports and The Rock Space, and I've launched high-performing stores across multiple platforms including Amazon, BigCommerce, and Odoo. I apply what I learned studying physics to solve the practical problems that come with growing a specialty retail business.

What I know from doing this myself: scaling a local operation requires building repeatable processes and creating brands people actually want. I combine operations management with marketing strategy to help stores grow without burning out the founder—because I've lived that balance.
