My work brings together lived experience, coaching, consultancy, strategy, assistive technology and artificial intelligence to help people better understand how they think, communicate, organise, work and live.

Whether you are exploring your own neurodiversity, looking for practical strategies, trying to understand what technology could support you, or wanting to use AI in a way that genuinely reduces barriers, I help you find approaches that work for you.

I also work with organisations, leaders and educators to develop stronger neurodiversity strategies, improve inclusion, explore technology and AI, and create environments where different ways of thinking are understood and valued.

The aim is simple: greater understanding, practical support and better ways of working.
