I help professionals understand their neurodiversity and work with their brain, not against it.
My work brings together lived experience, coaching, consultancy, strategy, assistive technology and artificial intelligence to help people better understand how they think, communicate, organise, work and live.
Whether you are exploring your own neurodiversity, looking for practical strategies, trying to understand what technology could support you, or wanting to use AI in a way that genuinely reduces barriers, I help you find approaches that work for you.
I also work with organisations, leaders and educators to develop stronger neurodiversity strategies, improve inclusion, explore technology and AI, and create environments where different ways of thinking are understood and valued.
The aim is simple: greater understanding, practical support and better ways of working.
Not sure whether coaching is right for you? This free introductory conversation gives us an opportunity to talk about what you would like support with, what you are experiencing and what you would like to change. We can explore whether coaching is the right next step and whether working together would be a good fit. There is no obligation to continue.
Have a challenge, idea or project you think I could help with? This introductory conversation is an opportunity to discuss what you are trying to achieve and explore whether my consultancy and strategic experience could support you. This could include neurodiversity, education, workplace inclusion, business development, accessibility, assistive technology, AI or wider strategic development. We can then decide whether a consultancy session or a larger piece of work is the appropriate next step
