Succeed without suffering using metacognition
Angelie believes theory only matters when it changes how someone can thrive, not just survive. That's why her career is at the intersection of education, neuroscience, and positive psychology.
It started at Rutgers University's Douglass Residential College, with a dual degree in Psychology and Human Resource Management. Research into metacognition sparked a lasting fascination with the neuroscience of thriving, which has been a thread throughout her academic and professional career.
Along the way, Angelie earned graduate certificates in applied positive psychology and instructional design, giving her both the science of what makes people flourish and the craft of how to teach it in ways that stick. Angelie is now pursuing an MBA from Oneday.
Angelie keeps digging into the latest metacognition research to strengthen the bridge between theory and application, so people can do their best work without unnecessary struggles.
You're doing all the right things in therapy and coaching, but you don't trust how well you're doing. There's a simple, easy, science-backed habit you can add to your routine to catalyze your personal growth the way I did! We'll take this hour to better learn about where you feel stuck, share some science, and customize a worksheet to establish the habit. I'm not a coach or therapist, and what I do should not replace medical advice. I'm more like a tutor helping you keep up with yourself!
