My sessions are not counseling sessions but, instead, are discussions where I ask questions, listen fully and without judgment, and then I use my experience & expertise to help people see what has led them to the place they are now, and how to strategically plan an intentional and positive future life path.

As a mental health professional and the CEO of Center of Training, I develop specialized training and certification programs for individuals, mental health professionals and organizations. My experience has been largely focused on helping first responders, law enforcement, and other professionals through evidence-based practices for suicide intervention, trauma recovery, and peer support.

I hold a Master's degree in Counseling (LPC level) and bring years of experience supporting individuals in crisis, and utilizing the Proactive Immunity™ model with individuals, couples and teams.
