Amy Mart

I’m an expert in whole-child development, supportive learning environments, school-family-community partnerships, and equitable systems change. I work with education, nonprofit, and philanthropic leaders to turn priorities into policy, practice, large-scale implementation, and lasting impact. My experience spans classrooms, large urban districts, national nonprofits, private foundations, and academic research, giving me a rare ability to connect evidence, strategy, policy, and on-the-ground realities. I’m especially useful as a thought partner on complex questions about how to build sustainable systems and practices, improve coherence across siloes, engage families and communities, implement policy at scale, build cross-sector partnerships, and maximize positive impact for students and families furthest from opportunity.
