I help team leaders and senior leaders handle the real, messy parts of managing people: hard conversations, difficult dynamics, low performance, and the moments you genuinely don't know what to do next.

My approach is grounded in emotional literacy. I help you understand the communication and behaviour sitting behind what people actually do, not just the surface issue so you can make root cause changes. And I build the foundational self-management skills that make good leadership possible: emotional regulation, resilience and communication.

I am situational in the way I work and blend coaching and advising. The aim is to diagnose fast, tell you what I see, and give you something practical to work with, whether that's a framework, a script, or a straight opinion. Although often just the space to breathe and talk things through is powerful enough.
