I’ve spent years in operations and management, helping startups grow by turning big ideas into systems that actually work. My background spans logistics, customer experience, vendor and partner management, process design, and cross-functional work with product, marketing, engineering, and tech teams.

That experience taught me how to sit in the middle of a lot of moving pieces—translate between teams, identify what’s missing, build structure where there isn’t any, and get things across the finish line.

Now I’ve taken that skillset into the work I genuinely love.
