Alf Rehn

I'm a Professor of Innovation, Design and Management at the University of Southern Denmark, and I help organizations think through strategy, creativity, and futures challenges. I've taught at universities across the US, UK, Sweden, and China, and speak to diverse audiences on keynotes—over 1,000 of them—about innovation, leadership, and how teams can think differently about problems.

My work spans research into innovation processes, strategy advising with top management teams, and board-level contributions. I've been recognized by Thinkers50 as a business thinker and named Finnish Speaker of the Year. I publish regularly in academic journals and columns, combining what I learn from research with practical insight into how organizations actually work through change.
