Identity-Based Leadership Expert | Founder of REAL U | Helping People Become Better Leaders Through Better Decisions
Before you lead others, you must know who you are.
I'm Alex Lopez, former South Texas educator and founder of REAL U. After 16+ years teaching and coaching, I built the Identity First Framework: develop who people are before how they lead.
Through REAL U and CAMPUS LEAD, I help universities, schools, and teams grow leaders who make better decisions and multiply what they learn. CAMPUS LEAD is done for you, led by you: One Curriculum, One Vocabulary, One Method. Assess, Develop, Measure, Multiply.
Six pillars guide the work: Identity, Discipline, Character, Strength, Leadership, Legacy. Identity First. Leadership Follows.
A live video session on your identity, your decisions, and your next move as a leader. You leave with a clear action plan, a session summary, and a transcript.
Great leadership begins with knowing who you are. In this introductory session, we'll discuss your leadership goals, challenges, and opportunities for growth. Discover how the Identity First Leadership Framework can help you or your organization develop stronger leaders, make intentional decisions, and build a culture of accountability and growth. Ideal for professionals, educators, coaches, and organizational leaders exploring a more intentional approach to leadership development.
Send me your leadership question and I'll record a personal video answer by the deadline you see at booking.
