Twenty years inside large-scale transformations taught me an uncomfortable thing: most programs succeed on paper and fail where it matters. The pattern is structural. It lives in how decision authority is distributed, where accountability breaks down, and how organizations resist the changes they claim to want.

Transformation failures aren't execution problems; they're architecture problems. I work with enterprise leaders and boards to see the pattern before the cost compounds. My focus is governance, decision design, and organizational structure: the forces that determine whether change holds or reverses.
