I help CEOs and leadership teams pressure-test important technology and transformation decisions before they become expensive commitments.

Sometimes a major programme is the right answer. Sometimes specialist consultancy is exactly what’s needed. But sometimes the answer is smaller, simpler and considerably cheaper — and occasionally the right answer is not to do it at all.

I’ve spent my career working in and around major technology and transformation programmes, including senior consulting roles at PA Consulting and AND Digital. I founded Forwd to offer experienced, independent advice without an incentive to manufacture more work.
